Do you have a Torch Pulse button set in the .ini file as a user button?

Yes. Torch pulse doesn't cause any errors.

I wasn't suggesting that it was, the error you posted suggests that it cannot find a Torch Pulse button.

Could you post your ini file.

I can emulate that error here, I have pushed a fix for it.

It is from not having a Torch Pulse button or maybe the code for the TP button in the ini file is not quite correct.
It should be something like:
BUTTON_n_CODE = torch-pulse 0.5

Looks like I was wrong. I did have torch pulse enabled, but I must have turned it back off at some point.

So this problem is because it is looking torch pulse to be enabled?

No, the code had a bug that assumed the Torch Pulse button was existing even if it wasn't.

If you put the correct torch pulse code in your ini file that will fix it for you until LinuxCNC is updated.

Yes indeed. I just put the torch pulse back in the ini file, and I now get a pause as expected when the arc is lost instead of the software throwing an error, and closing. Thanks for helping me with that. Looking forward to the update.
