Does the value of cut amps in the parameters page change when you use the + and - buttons in the main page?

it is a pin with not Value

I don't see that pin at all and it does seems to work here. Attached is zip of the only three files that I tested with:

There is no pin named cut_amps_2-2, there is a pin named cut_amps_2 and it is connected in the custom_postgui.hal file that was in my last post.
