seem you have moved all the HAL around trying split into multiple files??
and in doing so you have commented out the command that are setting up the mesa card (realtimecomponents.hal)

You were right. I've changed everything, and now Probe Basic (PB) is working. However, I'm having trouble powering on the machine as before, and I've already looked into the E-Stop connection issue. When I make changes and press X-view, for example, the following error appears.

If I configure it with only 1 hal file, will it be better?

Just keep commenting out pins until it opens and review for the correct pin names.
Linuxcnc always tells you the file and line number the error is on.
Typographic errors like this are not linuxcnc or probe basic bugs. They are on you.

I ran into this very same error message, solved it by moving the initialization of my custom hal code after the postgui stuff for probe basic.

To do ATC config, I need to create a XYZA config or just XYZ and then attribute the motor control to an ATC hal without joint 4?
