Here we use something called "ferro beton" that is added to concrete surface and it to be very hard, usually green in color. It is the same thing gas stations use as it is very easy to maintain and clean due to very smooth surface.
I was quoted nearly 4000 Euro for 80 sq/m of my shop, so i had to skip that for now.
If and when i move, i will have to do that, it just looks neat.

Its a while since I posted here.I guess that is becasue my plasma table is essentially complete. But it could do with a Z axis cover.
I finally worked out how to nest parts in waste (from inside cuts) and also worked out how to get sheetcam to sever a sheet after a nest is cut on my 1200 x 1200mm table. So I managed to get Sheetcam to cut 2 x 900 mm sections and 1 x 600 mm section from a 2400 mm sheet. I had a couple of goes at this (Yes I cut 2 sheets). If I did it again, I would cut the 600mm section first instead of last becasue I got a lot of warpage which caused probing errors with Plasmac because the probe was triggering too early. I'd love to see PLasmac compensate for a probe error that occurs before the Z axis gets to probe height.
Anyway, here is a short video
And for the diehard fanatics here is an extended one.
