after a trouble with an x motor/driver that stop working, I change the y motor/driver to x and attach a new servo+driver on y. I made some test with the plasma and i realize that THC respond very slow because a little speed on z axis about 200mm/min. Now i try to reconfigure the z axis but without succes. On Z axis I have an Leadshine driver M880A and a Sanyo Denki stepper 103H7823-0440. I configure from driver microstep to 2 that corespond to 400 step/rev. Now the speed are about 1400mm/nim but with following error. When I stop to jog the axes the following error apear. I attach the ini file maybe somebody can help with solving this problem.

Thank you.

900mm is enough, the probing will take a bit longer, othervise it works properly.

at 200 mm/min the thc response was very slow and the torch hit the material. This is for a difference adout 20mm from one end to another end from 1m steel sheet. How can I increase the speed to 2000 mm/min?

Yes and that is quite a challenge as it uses RS232 to control that, and i have no idea what protocol was used for it.
Much easier would be to rewire that and use the 7i77 I/O to control the valves.

Is that the one that moves the gantry (Y axis) or the one that moves the Z axis (X axis) ?

X axis. There are two motors. X1 and X2. X1 motor already fine, but how to synchronise X2 motor...it's on the same axis, but diferent rail. This one have reductor 1:15.
