need bitfile for 7i80hd + 7i52s + 7i44 + 7i73

Hello,

i have a 7i80hd-16 7i52s 7i44 and 7i73 but i havent found a suiting bitfile so if anyone has a bitfile please share if possible.

if not i may need a custom bitfile but i am not remotely able to create one.

my needs are:

7 pwmgens and encoders for servos (5 of them are axis, one is the spindle and one is a toolchanger motor which is connected to the 7i73), all motors have an encoder (a,b,z ttl 5v) and are controlled with pwm and dir.

is there anything more i have to specify like in/outputs?

basically the 752s is connected to the port 1 on the 7i80hd, the 7i44 is connected to port 2 of the 7i80hd and the 7i73 is connected to the 7i44

6 Axis of PWM/DIR is ok for a 7I52S but where is PWM/DIR7 connected?

cant i use the outputs of the 7i73 for that?

You can use the 7I73s output bits for slow PWM (1 KHz base frequency or so 1% resolution would have a 10 Hz PWM frequency) but not high speed PWM

would 500hz be possible or is it bound to 1%?

500 hz is possible but you only have 3 levels: 100%, 50% and 0%

i am totally fine with 500hz because it its only a toolchanger motor so i guess it doesnt need highspeed pwm or encoder counting (it also wont have a high resolution encoder).

also how do i connect the 7i52s to both P1 and P2? Or do you mean i can connect a second 7i52S on P2 if i want to?

Try the link again, i had to remake the bitfile (I also assumed you have a 7I80HD-16)

And yes, there's a place for a second 7I52S on P2 but its can be ignored if not used
