Also we have to separate the 24volt field power(24V from 200 pin) from 24volt logic power (24V from 204 pin) in 7i77 (tb1 to the right), or gmoccapy won't start with only 24volt from 200 pin

Yeah I picked up on that as well. I see from my notes...

24VDC: the field power is also available on MAHO terminal strip 28X3. There are three 24VDC buses, but two are powered through the E-Stop relays. You need the mesa cards powered at start up to enable LinuxCNC to connect to all pins. Therefore, you need to connect to as follows
7i77 28X3
TB2-1 -- 204 – 24VDC
TB2-8 - 201 – GND

Shirley - the new paint is now dry!
Come on guys , what is the latest .
Really need some more Maho progress reports.
Make it up if you have to. I am starting to get withdraw shakes, it's been so/too long..
Don't want to hear about the shop now being too hot.
I know LIFE tends to get in the way -- at least a photo of the garden with the Maho in the background. What the heck it's summer -- you-all can work all night without fingers freezing to the cold metal.
Probably out on Maho beach with a dead cell phone and don't even know what day it is !

You can just feel it can't you. I get a free weekend, [strike]waste[/strike] invest time in making lifting tongs, and a pouring shank for my new crucible, and also make some progress on my sand muller,
www.alloyavenue.com/vb/showthread.php?13...iewfull=1#post210979

...then yesterday I cranked up the 3D printer and started printing the pattern for the lathe faceplate...

....and BAMM!!! JG is calling me out for my wayward priorities :)
Now I feel guilty. Cause I knew I needed to use the 3D printer to print out some new MAHO buttons since I rotated the switches, and can then continue with the user panel wiring.

No much progress, but yesterday I finished printing the lower row of buttons, and started installing them.

These ones have the clearest writing I've yet printed.
