So I attached the requested files.
I must say that I installed a fresh ubuntu, then only updated all the available packages, but not the ubuntu itself as it is recommended.

I can not imagine why, but I was unable to upload the pncconfig file.

The problem is
"okuma.hal:107: parameter or pin 'bldc.2.drive-offset' not found"
But I have no idea at all why pncconf has inserted a bldc function in your HAL file.
Can you post the HAL file?

Is it the same problem as here?
www.linuxcnc.org/index.php/english/forum...ation?start=18#30187
Deselect "brushless motor control" in PncConf.

If my motors are brushless, I could make the pncconfig x10 times more changing things that I would never changed that.
It did the trick, but I keep on wondering how many of those subtil issues I will encounter.
But ok! it is done, and I get the front end.
I will now read a bit and try to configure a spindle outputs and encoder feedback as my VFD will be here next week.

The brushless motor option is only for very specific configurations where LinuxCNC does the commutation. (pncconf should probably indicate this)
There is no difference in the configuration needed if standard analog brushed or brushed servos with interfaces are used
