Any idea if theres a visual differance between the 2?

It does seem that you have the analog version. in this pic below, terminals 56 and 14 are the analog +-10v command.
Im having trouble finding the siemens manual for your specific part numbers

I have the manual in pdf but its a pain to decipher it lol

Ovg2 is cvg2, that and cvs2 are the -+10v

X311 is the encoder but i think its t tapped to the other plug on the encoder card

The 2 +24v are +24v to pluse enable
Sce1 and 2 are controller enable

P24 says speed controller at its end stop, whatever that means lol

I tried to post this before but the fourm is stupid sometimes

I still need to find what all the factory i/o stuff was connected to the the po helped himself too, this machine has a huge relay board im assuming most goes there. Also im gunna need to figure out the encoder stuff and get some connections to the mesa io

Heu guys i used my laptop and installed linuxcnc on my ssd from a usb and it seems it wont boot, i just get a black screen with a white prompt. Did i do sumin wrong? Mabe a bios problem?
