The encoder A/B/Index pins are not really useful in hal
You would normally use the encoder position (for feedback)
index-enable (for synchronized motion) or the encoder counts
(if used for jogging)
Typically you would use the 7I76 MPG inputs rather than the 7I85S
encoder pins for a MPG

Now one move of Mpg give 4counts in halmeter is ok?
Change jumpers dont change number of counts.
Mpg outputs A,A/ , B,B/
I only test my config with Mpg conecting to 7i85 becouse dont have here linear scales for testing inputs...

Yes, the standard encoders do not have the 1X mode often used
with MPGs so you would expect 4X the encoder PPR
(this is why you would normally use the 7I76 MPG inputs as these support a 1X mode)

Now fighting with spindle out.
Try in Pncconf add 7i92 with one 7i76 and on Tb4 add spindle out 0-10v and copy that in my hal file for spindle make me error
tokarka.hal:232: parameter or pin 'hm2_7i92.0.7i76.0.0.spinout-minlim' not found
Now in hall is hm2_7i92.0.spinout-minlim without 7i76 becouse in other settings for axis dont apeard any 7i76 and try this.
Actual hal and ini

Do you have field power applied to the 7I76?

Sorry I missed the original error:
hm2_7i92.0.spinout-minlim
There is no such pin
That should be hm2_7i92.0.7i76.0.0.spinout-minlim
hm2_7i92.0.spinout-minlim
There is no such pin
That should be hm2_7i92.0.7i76.0.0.spinout-minlim

Can you post linuxCNCs startup messages here?
(start LinuxCNC from the command line)
Do you have 5V and field power on the 7I76? that is, both Yellow LEDs on?
