Not sure what that means. Or how to fix it.

Here are the kernels that are installed.

if you boot the older kernel, does is show all 6 cores?

Answering my own question by looking at your original
latency histogram, not it does not. This suggests a BIOS
setup or perhaps hardware issue.

You are correct. Looks like the same results.

Should reset the bios/cmos?

I would (then disable any power saving features again)

So I loaded the default BIOS settings. After booting everything is now showing 6 cores.

But it does not appear to help the network latency.

That seems a lot better (no multi ms delays)

Note that  the "max" value (0.479 ms in this case) is the main one of interest

OK. So I should be good to go?

I only ran the test for like 10 mins. But I noticed with all my prior testing, the results were always pretty much the same whether it was an hour or 10 mins.

I also noticed no packet loss like prior ones.

So if I have worked through these issues, my next task is to figure out how to do the initial Homing of my axes. Are there step by step instructions on how to do this somewhere? I have searched all the documentation I could find with no luck. Before LCNC will let me do anything I need to Home everything. And I have two Y motors that I need to sync but I don't know how.

Thanks for ALL your help! Much appreciated!
