Help please. I am getting a tc-211 conversational cnc. Looking to do a retro fit. I would like keep the original servos, and possibly drives (not mandatory). Just need a little help with the correct servo drives, breakout/control boards and any inside info on replacing the resolvers with encoders and pit falls to avoid. Any info would be great. I really don't want to change the servo motors. As far as I could find they are 100v A.C. and 200w motors. Thanks in advance, and I will post pics and descriptions when I get started.

OK i have some pics of the servo (z ) and drives I think. I couldn't open the cabinet all the way.Any advise to convert this to linuxcnc as easy as possible would be great. Also as I don't have a vast knowledge of electrical engineering basic descriptions and acronym explinations would be great. Thanks to all the real guru's here in advance

It looks like a 3.7kw drive and a 200W servo, which seems odd.
Looks like a Toshiba RAD01, and I haven't managed to find a manual on the internet (I found people asking for the manual for RAD02, but no replies).
I don't suppose the connectors are helpfully labelled?
