Hallo Andreas,
As i noted on the other thread, the connectors on the fanuc drive look the same as those on the yaskawa drives i have so chances are they use the same wiring inside. You alse mentioned you have the manuals and schematics, so that makes it a lot easier. The toolchanger is the same, if it is the 16 pocket one.
Anyway you look at it, do not worry, we are here to help, and i might drop by in march or april, have some visiting to do in Austria.
Regards,
Tom

Tommylight, is there any chance you can post your files for this machine configuration? Looks like I am using allot of the same things you are. I also have the manual for that spindle drive as well as the wiring for it on my machine I would be happy to send your way.

Thank you. I am sure this will be a big help. Did you ever get your spindle drive figured out or did you replace it?

I had fixed it, it had some input voltage sensing issue.
I did change all the drives to Granite Devices Argon.

Did you keep the Yaskawa servos? I was told by many that none of the drives would work with these servos. I was gonna replace them with Dyn4 servos and drives. Maybe this would be a better way since the Yaskawa servos use a tapered shaft and the Dyn4 are straight. Means I have to make a coupler.
