As i see you are very good in math( i m not)
but as i measure with chronometer the time for full acceleration of the 3 ton bridge i find that it needs 1.79 seconds to reach the 15000
so maybe there are some mixed up in the units or something

To accelerate from 0 to 15000mm/s in 1.79 seconds would require an acceleration rate of 8380mm/s^2. Significantly more than the 350mm/s^2 in your config file. (Something doesn't add up.)

Duh, and here it is you said 15000 (but didn't specify the units.) That was 15000 mm/min wasn't it. And that would be 250mm/s (all the units in the ini file are in units/sec not units/min). 250/1.79 = 140mm/s^2 (within the limits specified in your ini file.)
