I find this in the Gantry INI file
HOME = 0
HOME_SEQUENCE = 1
HOME_SEARCH_VEL = -39
HOME_LATCH_VEL = 10
HOME_USE_INDEX = no
HOME_IGNORE_LIMITS = yes
HOME_OFFSET = -0.1
HOME_IS_SHARED = 1
is this what i sud paste in all the Joints??

Do both motors need to turn in the same direction? Most gantries need the motors to turn in opposite directions.
You may need to reverse Y2. (make the encoder scales and analogout-scale both the negative of their current values).
