My motherboard have not got a parallel port so I am using a 25 Pin IEEE 1284 Parallel Port D-Sub Connector to USB 2.0 Printer Adapter Cable to connect bob.
is it take any effects on threading?
Realtime matters?

That will not work.
Find the manual for the board, it must have a parallel port header so you will need just a cable with the DB25 connector.
USB can not be used for machine control as it has terrible latency.
Maybe you can use that with Mach3, but i do not use it so i can not hell with that, and i am not aware that mach can do threading .....

Hard to tell, some of them do work some do not.
Most that use MOSCHIP IC do work.
What motherboard are you using ?

Already replied to the other thread, please do not make multiple threads with the same questions.
The Biostar has a header for parallel port so you need just the cable with the connector, it is the pink header on the mainboard. You do not need a parallel port card for that motherboard.

Yes that is the connector you need fro the Biostar board.
