LinuxCNC is loading and when connected to the card. If i power off the card, it crashes with a network error.

That's a class C mask.

I do have a question though, when using the Mesa card, it has step and direction plus and step and direction minus. My gecko drivers only have step direction and common. Do I just common together step and direction minus? As for limit switches and home switches, I think I have that part figured out.

For single ended drives like the Gecko, you use the appropriate output pin
(usually - Step/-Dir if the drive common is +5V or +Step/+Dir if the drive common is 0V)
The unused outputs on the 7I76E _must_ be left unconnected

That's a class C mask.

For 10.10.10.n that usually is 255.0.0.0, but in this case it works as is.
And you should also set the gateway and the DNS at 10.10.10.1

I've tried it with both types of configuration, it makes absolutely no difference for me. I just want the damn steppers to move.
