Now that's interesting. I put my multimeter on the ground and 5 volt pins for each axis. I measured 5.0 volts. I measured +dir0 and -dir0 and it has constant 5v. Just for poops and laughter, I measured each step and direction output on tb2 and tb3. They all measure 5 volts. Should there be a constant voltage when there's no signal from linuxcnc? I did this measurement with and without the ethernet connection.

No, I am not receiving any errors with linuxcnc. I even did a reinstallation just to erase any of the stupid mistakes I may have made so I am on a fresh install.

Yes a constant voltage is expected if nothing is happening but the DIR outputs
(DIR0 for X normally) should change from 0 to 5V or 5V to 0 if measured to ground or from +5 to -5
if measured across DIR+ and DiR- when you jog in different directions

Can you please do a recap of what you are using, what drives and what microstepping.
Doea the motor lock when the power is applied to the drive, it should not move by hand.
There are stepegens number 00, 02, and 03 in use in that config, so try another output, just pull the plug and plug it at another location, test.
You should also edit the ini file to add more velocity.
Check if the step and dir wires are not switched over.
A picture of wiring would also help.

In the ini file you have:-

DIRSETUP = 200 change these to 5000
DIRHOLD = 200 change these to 5000
STEPLEN = 1000 change these to 5000
STEPSPACE = 2000 change these to 5000

These are in nano secs.

Also are the drives enabled?
