On the second picture there is the THC section, and there is speed in %. Lover that to prevent "bunny hopping" or to much moving up and down during cut.

Maybe your machine is slow at turning the torch off.
It would be worthwhile trying Tom's suggestions on this post forum.linuxcnc.org/38-general-linuxcnc-q...cuts?start=10#158257
I am not sure about the Cut Feed Rate of 150 inch/min (3810mm/min). I assume it is a40A machine from the Run Panel. Other folk would have a better idea than me.

How do I speed up the speed on the axis to make them faster?

Edit the ini file and raise the max_velocity.
Also the stepgen_max_velocity must be raised to at least 25% more than max_velocity, if present.

Could I still do that even though I am using the plasmaC version?

Yes this is about tuning your machine regardless of if its Plasmac or something else. With Plasma cutting, acceleration and velocity are king and those limits are set in your ini file. Its therefore important to set them as high as you hardware will allow without missing steps (if its a stepper based system). This may entail some experimentation... (and in my case many crashes....)

got it let me try that. ONe more question if I set cut IPM on sheetcam to 100ipm and of the plasma config tab is set to 75ipm what will it cut? Whats on the gcode or on the parameters on the axis? Reason i ask is cause I was messing with IPM on the config tab and i wasnt seeing any difference.

Cut Feed Rate on the Run Panel controls speed as long as the GCode has F#<_hal[plasmac.cut-feed-rate]>
If the GCode has say F100 then that is the feed rate that will be used.
Edit: The GCode you posted earlier had F#<_hal[plasmac.cut-feed-rate]>
