Not sure this is anything because of the per division setting.

with the drives enabled I can move the axis by hand and then it start oscillating.

Do I need more P gain?

AH!!!

Found the good manual that has the PIDS and adjustments. I should be ok now.

But for anyone with the Chinese AASD drives use this manual.

AASD manual with all parameters to tune

What's your best guess why this is doping this. all motors are doing it.

I have been trying to get this tuned but keep having same issue as in the last video.

I can swap out the 7i76 for a 7i77 as a last resort. I have a 7i77, I would like to see if I can fix it though.

Too much P or too little D in the drive would be my first guess

I would probably increase D until it gets too crunchy/buzzy
then back off about 50%.

What is a safe max for P. I am up to 1200 and I can push the axis until I get following error.

What would you call max P before I consider that not the problem?

I am up to 8450 for P{ and it is not changing still soft. I can push it to f-error but I feel the resistance.

I found a parameter called: speed command source in speed control mode

I selected Motion controller analog voltage command, but it doesnt change anything when I am adding P in linuxcnc.

It does bypass the internal loop of the drive.

Its not clear to me which parameters are which (and LinuxCNC doesnt need any PID changes,
this is all in the drive)

Does the drive come with any tuning software?
