linuxcnc 2.8.2 no nm connection edit

Hello linuxcnc friends
i hopefully downloaded linuxcnc 2.8.2. But than the shock when i connect my 7i92 to the ethernet connector i could not edit the connection words. i tried to update and to download and other try's i gave up. Now i ask you fore help to get that thing to run.

I downloaded on Debian 10 : Network Manager GNOME, easy to adjust your IP settings and all networks are visible.

Hello linuxcnc friends
 with Synaptic Package manager i deleted the nm tray and installed network-manager and network-manager-gnome. I can manuell change between the ethernet and the 7I92 works fine. With ping 10.10.10.10 works also fine but mesaflash and hm2 have problem the all known no 7I92 board found. The connection manager knob above right says 7I92 connected. Has any one a idea what i did wrong ore what else to install? i at end i do not know further.

excuse please when i have agressive. That i would not. The 10.10.10.10 stands in the Mesa datasheet and talla 83 had it two. But tomorow i will try your 10.10.10.11.

Mesa FPGA card has a 10.10.10.10 address but the PC must
have a different address (but be on the same subnet), so
tommylights 10.10.10.11 should work on the PC as would
10.10.10.XXX as long as XXX is not 10, 0, or 255.
10.10.10.1 will work but is not suggested.

i tested tommylights 10.10.10.11, but the same No 7i92 Bord found and IP a the same just the differenc in the last number 11. Please have a look in the attachment. The ethernet has a hole other Number. What makes it that my system denies to read the board 7i **. If i kow it i would not ask fore help. Thank you very much fore help me
