Is the voltage of 1,2x V correct?

All resistors and caps should be fine. There is a short in the 3,3V rail. But since now i cant find it (with ice). Maybe I have to wait for the smoke...

ICs looks fine nevertheless.

Ok. I had a moment.

For me it looks like U10 and U6 had a issue. I iced the board and attached 2A to the 3,3V Rail. Both get warm.

I will desolder them when I have time. For the case. Where can I get spareparts? 

 

Could it be a FAN5308MPX?

FAN2001 Its old and obsolete or close to obsolete
I could send you a few in an envelope but if they are
both damaged, more maybe damaged as well.
 

Ahh. Thank you. For me it looks like the 5308 will be a suitable candidate. The only downside is 800mA and not 1000mA.

First I will desolder them and go on with the checks.

No short at the 3.3V rail with removed voltage regulators.

Have to test a little bit more. But so far it looks good.

Looks like only the 3.3V regulator is damaged.

Ok. The 7i43 looks like it is working.

But I have no luck with the PCI card. Right now I think I have to go with a PCI, because there is a PCI-e graphic card which seems have to be installed for booting.

Mesaflash sometimes works. Sometimes the pc freezes. Everthing ist grounded with separate cables.

Addr ist 0xD010. Whe mesaflash is working it shows 0xD010:0xD410. So high addr should be 0xD410 as I understand.

Linuxcnc shows error while startup and mesaflash with --print-pd shows an error regarding access to the flash.

Any ideas?
