Power off the PC, open lid, press on memory modules while slowly moving them side to side.
If the PC was not used for a long time, that usually helps, or it stops working completely, but at least you would know it's a memory issue.
Also, if there are more than one memory modules, try leaving just one, and add the rest one by one, after making sure it works.
