Power off the PC, open lid, press on memory modules while slowly moving them side to side.
If the PC was not used for a long time, that usually helps, or it stops working completely, but at least you would know it's a memory issue.
Also, if there are more than one memory modules, try leaving just one, and add the rest one by one, after making sure it works.

Das mit dem RAM habe ich gemacht hat leider nichts verändert.

Ich habe jetzt das LINUX neu installiert und jetzt läuft es auch fehlerfrei
