Did you mean this?
 
 

AMT is still enabled

I think you need to enter MEBx to disable AMT

I would do a web search in the steps needed for this
on your particular CPU.

Also, posting your hal/ini files might help, getting a watchdog bite without a
"error finishing read"  is a bit odd

Without any changes I get these Results 
 

In a short test without Watchdog error 
 

Next step is define the grub Parameter. But there's no grub customizer
