It won't let me use hal under root, I get a "Refusing to run as root without fallback UID specified"

Oke clear. I run out of time now. It's dirty but changing ~/sbin permissions to user could solve it for now problably.

Maybe im missing something, is this just installed into a standard debian OS?
I see the install guide commands to "install" everything, but im attempting to install in debian13 and getting alot of errors.
