Seems no docs,
"hello dear friend,sorry we don't supply a manual with item,cause the manual is Chinese,no English manual.
best regards"
So I'll look for a new board that has a manual and try and claim that back off their sorry ass....

Ask for the Chinese one. The numbers are probably the same.
(and it probably includes Mach3 screenshots anyway)

It does not matter where homing switches are on the Machine
The Config will take CARE
HOME = 170.0
HOME_OFFSET = 175.000000
HOME_SEARCH_VEL = -3.000000
HOME_LATCH_VEL = -3.000000
HOME_FINAL_VEL = 5.0
HOME_SEQUENCE = 1
#### Explaining
HOME is where the mashine _Ends up after Homing
HOME_OFFSET is the Switch position
SEARCH and Latch are the Speeds at home Fast Slow
HOME_FINAL_VEL is the speed to be driven to Home
HOME_SEQUENCE is the Squence Z shoudt be 0 then to your gues x=1 Y =2 ...
MIN_LIMIT = 0.0
MAX_LIMIT = 176.0
Table Size 0.5mm more then the Switch i take 1mm as my switch can handle this

hi estop is on 15 in
You shoudt start wirh JP2 set to 2+3 so all motors are enabled
then the mashine shoudt move here is the pinout of the sxc

Thank you for the pinouts, best drawing I have so far but not quite right. However looks very close.
I have a jp4....hrrm, anyway all look to be set to to 1-2 so I'll try and move a jumper tomorrow night.
Can see the "toshiba" stencil, i wonder if these really are.
The limit switches are not labeled but i should be able to pinout with an ohm meter to see if they work I think.

The really bad thing is it looks like the ppl who assembled the box put the neutral wire from the PSU onto the live.
It looks to me like the black wire which is on N for the PSU is connected to the fuse side of the socket, ie 230v. Voltmeter seems to confirm this, I am going to double check again tomorrow when Im not so tired.
On top of that the earth has a red cable to it (top one) and the chassis isnt actually earthed.
I am beginning to think this is one buggered box.

In the US they use black for live (but then it is white for neutral)
Black can also be live in EU-harmonised three-phase.
So it isn't wrong except in the context of a colour scheme where red exists.

OK, however I'm not aware China generally follows US custom. In any event wiring the live (+) 230V AC to the neutral post of the PSU is wrong whatever colour cabling coding they use (and it looks like its even mixed, maybe the installer is colour blind?).
The next Q is why use red for neutral? and earth? If it had been white and green, OK, but its red for both. Of no matter really the PSU is wired backwards.
Black on the EU system would be L2 but this is not a 3 phase supply.
Anyway I am going to have to go through this very carefully before I re-wire if only to fix the electrical shocks......

So to help future poor souls,
I finally have a manual for this jb3163b, well maybe as it doesnt have the second port and the markings differ or are not present, oh well. No biggee, I just need to get going and buy a better controller later.
and a pinout,
I dont think its complete as pin1 definitely does something, if only lights a LED, lol. Need to investigate further, looks like the limits switches will work....
Install video is here,

full manual is here,

Hang on... That's a USB to parallel cable!
Is it a UC-100 clone? (Not that it matters, it won't work with LinuxCNC)
The UC100 pinout is configurable too, so finding the manual won't help with pin identification.
