Finally getting around to the software side of my cnc router parts machine so I thought I'd see if the mach3 xml file for it could be converted to use with stepconf. Was having trouble with the xml but finally discovered the name value was in a strange encoding so I edited that and got it to display the values but figured maybe this would save me some time if it could be converted.
This machine has the NEMA 34 PRO drives they call them so the gearing is different slightly than the normal n34 drives. Has PMDX-126 board and gecko 201x's. In case anyone else runs across this.
This is the file directly from their website with the change to the name field in case someone else comes across this. I also see what you mean by all the extra stuff in these mach3 files. I'll be going through the wizard too just to see if I can manually pick out all the values but I figured I'd give this a shot.
I'm all new to the cnc thing so my mechanical and linux experience only goes so far. thanks.

Lets see if this works.
Nope upload is still broken for me.
Well crap, I'll just use filebin.ca
filebin.ca/WfNUvnb02eD/PMDX-1262012-10-19N34PRO.zip
