Looks like its complaining because you have added and2 twice, add and2-vc in the other hal file with the others and comment line 5 out.
The installer worked so my job is done!

I guess I just needed another set of eyes. I must have grabbed the wrong files when I copied my backup config files to the new machine.

Running and homed. Now to start testing.

Still having this issue:

Any ideas?

You don't say what you did to observe this error.
You could try the recently released 2.9.1 ISO on the Linuxcnc page as this should obsolete my image in the first post

I think there are translations for axis and gmoccappy. Not sure if there are any others.
I thought it should follow your locale settings.
It would be best to ask in another thread.

All available PDF document translations have been deployed with the installer
