thanks for cleaning up the problematic guys...
I just read a lot of posts in ethercat topics here and there was some guys who has problem with generic driver..
they said it is slower and not as stable as direct drivers are... and therefore I though it have to be right way to prefer direct driver not just generic one... but if you have experiences and you will recommend it to use I will use it with generic and it will be fine I hope...
I just want to use ethercat therefore for:
1. position feedback from servo because it has 1Vpp sinusoidal character and they are directly connected to drivers and I hope suppress the position loop error as much as possible...
2. avoid EMC noise and issues from it..
3. avoid a lot of cables in cabinet..
do you think it is right way where I want to continue guys?

Hi Foxington,
In the ethercat-hg manual there is a section about time relation between generic and others. You will see it's very close.
Reading this manual, is interesting.
Ehtercat is a nice modern bus-system.

Hi,
I think you have the wrong headers. I run the same kernel. I install by hand:
packages.debian.org/bullseye/kernel/linu...s-5.10.0-8-common-rt
packages.debian.org/bullseye/kernel/linu...rs-5.10.0-8-rt-amd64
packages.debian.org/bullseye/linux-compiler-gcc-10-x86
packages.debian.org/bullseye/linux-kbuild-5.10

I install same package. Only by synaptic.
I honestly did not see in how to installed ec-debianize. I always use guide on 4 page of this topic Install and all is working.

Some time ago there was a little change for the ethercat-master install process.
On this page there are recent install's to find.
github.com/grotius-cnc/Linux-Pro/release.../ethercat-master.deb
Tested on : sourceforge.net/projects/linux-11-pro/ kernel : Linux debian 5.10.0-5-rt-amd64

Hi Rosly,
For info. I recently updated to kernel : 5.10.0-8-rt-amd64
In the mean time, i destroyed my ethercat bus by a mistake. Running this solved it right away:
github.com/grotius-cnc/Linux-Pro/release...0.0/online-installer
user@debian10:~$ ethercat slaves
0 0:0 PREOP + EK1100 EtherCAT Coupler (2A E-Bus)
1 0:1 PREOP + EL2124 4K. Dig. Ausgang 5V, 20mA
2 0:2 PREOP + EL2124 4K. Dig. Ausgang 5V, 20mA
3 0:3 PREOP + EL2124 4K. Dig. Ausgang 5V, 20mA
user@debian10:~$ uname -r

Hi guys.
I consider Hiwin servo drives with Ethercat.
But they have 2 options: EtherCAT (CoE) and EtherCAT (mega-ulink).
Which one do I need for LinuxCNC?
