There is also the [TRAJ] section with speed limits
MAX_LINEAR_VELOCITY = 25.00
so raise that to probably 100 as in the display section.

Hey, guys.
I've been trying to get my feedrate above 1500 and can't seem to accomplish that. I've gone through the accel and velocity tests in pcncconf and found the numbers that work with my machine. I can jog at high feedrates, but any jobs or mdi commands cap me at a lovely 1500 feedrate. Can somebody look over my ini and tell me what line I've missed? Is it a Qtdragon setting?

Realizing now I might have misinterpreted the above posts as meaning a useable version was available.
If that's not the case I'm curious how long it will be till it might be ready?

Problems with Lichuan Ethercat servo drive

So the answer is 

5.2.1 Initialization parameters
Set P02-31 to 1 to initialize the drive parameters, and the drive needs to be restarted after the setting is completed.

P02.31
0: No operation 1: Restore factory values (except P00/P01 group) 2: Clear fault records

So NO that does not tune the drive.

7I96 + 7I85 configuration with step/dir index on 7I85
and PWM on STEP04 pin. DIR04 pin is left as GPIO
so it can be used as enable, direction, or whatever.

Problems with Lichuan Ethercat servo drive

Hi RodW

Thanks so much for your effort.

What I have done so far to get my gantry moving is just tie the home markers for the 2 X axes together

net mydigitalinx lcec.0.0.mydigitalin => cia402.0.mydigitalin cia402.1.mydigitalin

I then modified the cia402.comp file to accommodate. I Use the index pulse from each axis for the final position. I am away from the machine until Friday, I will upload the files then.

I just loosen the coupler once homed to adjust the squareness. It seems to be working. (only need to adjust once)

When following the video on setup, and using stepconfig wizard i get this error. Linuxcnc PI 5. When looking at my configurations and selecting my config there are not any details and i get the attached error.
Im a newbie, but do have Arduino experience. Please be gentle, lol..

He or she is one of the abstract creators of the 3d clothoid.
I asked for any source code. Or any code they have used for testing their algo that can help us.

To me it looks like " means second derivate?

Whilst using hm2 over Ethercat should  improve network latency issues with Mesa cards due to the more efficient transport layer, adding the additional complexity of Ethercat just for this does not make sense to me.

The point is not so much to improve latency but to have open, extensible I/O that interworks with Ethercat servos.
Say you want a BISS absolute encoder interface, MODBUS and RCPWMgens on one low cost EtherCAT compatible card...
