This is what it does. If you have it in postamble then remove iteFalegname wrote: ...The last % symbol should be written at the end of the program

Selecting a tool from the table will provide for length and diameter. Even when a tool is selected if Dynamic diameter is > 0.0
this is the value used for compensation, lead-in and lead-out. Not used for engraving or drilling or plasma but used for threadmilling too

Maybe a video will not help, I understood that the 'D' param was the (worn) diameter of the tool to use.eFalegname wrote: ...tool wear compensation does not turn out work ok

First, open a terminal where your inifile is and type this command :
$ ncam -h
it will give you indications on what to do next, but do this then
$ ncam -i inifilename -c catalogname
catalogname is one of those : mill, plasma or lathe
if mill (default) you do not need -c and parameter
close ncam and start linuxcnc
$ linuxcnc inifilename
close linuxcnc
save the content of the terminal and post here
I will then be able to tell you what to do

Usually tool compensation is difficult to program in linuxcnc because it does not support led out on the arcs and another set of cautions. The work you're carrying out with nativecam is really impressive, Axis doesn't display very good the quotes around the 0.1 of mm but the dynamic compensation works like a charm. I am very happy with this great gift!
Thank you so much!
