how do i go about to install phyton lxml with pip. dont have pip as well

trying to import dxf into inkscape and it throws me that error, since i use wheezy

Trying to install github.com/FernV/NativeCAM
Following instructions from : forum.linuxcnc.org/nativecam/32891-use-nativecam-as-a-deb-package-now#94274

Result is an error message and no ncam installed on my system.

Try following the instructions in this thread: forum.linuxcnc.org/nativecam/39068-nativ...ge-for-buster-please in the message from russtuff.

On step 8, if you are not prompted to reload, click the reload button in synaptics.
