Stefan, Can you try the post processor I shared here:
forum.linuxcnc.org/plasma-laser/36568-po...smac?start=80#139099
I don't think I made any changes since.

Phill
I installed the latest master branch (RIP) yesterday and have encountered a couple of new features that are causing me problems.
1. When I change the material from Gcode the program pauses every time. The optional pause on M1 is set to off on the GUI. This is not good when you have several materials per part and a whole sheet of parts. On further testing this maybe a Gmoccapy 3.0.X problem because it occurs regardless of the state of the optional pause button on the GUI.
2. The Gcode parser is adding an extra ) at the end of the last comment in the file. This is causing a loading error the requires editing the file using the built in editor to remove the extra ) and saving the file. Again usable but a PITA. The removal of spaces and forcing lower case in comments makes reading difficult for old guys.
Please find attached a file that cause both to happen.
John
Update
Issue 1 is normal behavior for Gmoccapy 3.0.7.1 so I fixed my PP so it will not post M1 optional stops. Issue 2 was fixed by downloading and updating new files this afternoon.

John,
An update I pushed last night will fix problem 2 (there is an extra M2 at the end but I will remove that...)
Problem 1 does seem to be Gmoccapy 3, I can confirm it works correctly in Axis.
My Gmoccapy was 3.0.7.1 which also shows the behaviour you described.
EDIT: I didn't see your edit before I posted this...

Thank you for all your hard work on PlasmaC. The install to the latest would have gone smoothly if I had bothered to read the updated documentation first. I think I am up to date at last. Now I just need to fix my PP to take advantage of all the features that have been added. I cut two sheets today with no excitement once I got all the new stuff figured out.
So for all the plasma newbies that want to use PlasmaC, RTFM until you understand the requirements. It is so simple compared to any other plasma control Linux or Windoze it will work.

Sorry to be a pain but still having problems,
Did a git pull today and still not working,
When I open linuxcnc I get this error,
When I try to load g-code I get this error,
And when I close linuxcnc I get this error,
Any idea what Ive screwed up?
I have run materialverter with my lastest tool setting from Sheetcam.

The shutdown error has been reported
here
, it doesn't seem to affect anything.
Check your material file (sws_plasma_material.cfg) to see if anything is amiss in tool number 2

I cannot see anything wrong with tool number 2,
I have attached the file to this post for you to double check.

SORRY, that is something new I have brought on.
After a recent report I added error handling in the materials file.
All entries now require a value.
You are missing entries in a few materials for THC and Cut Amps and Cut Volts.
If you fill them in you should be good to go.
I could probably default THC, Puddle Jump Height, Puddle Jump Delay and Cut Amps to 0 if there is no entry but the others need to be there.

Ok thats sorted now, And yeah that would help if you could make that change for future revisions,
Still having the problem with the G-code file tho, I haven't been able to manually edit the g-code since I cannot find the * symbol anywhere in the code.

The * is referring to the * in the GCode display of the second pic you posted.
That is there because it cannot find material number 2121 which of course doesn't exist...
For some reason it seems it is reading line 11 of you code incorrectly.
Edit line 11 so there is no comment, just M190 P21.
Actually that format looks like you are not using the recent version of plasmac_gcode.py.
