hi i am in Germany LOL
I dont think you will use a 5in1 on a mashine with THC
you simply CAND interfear this with a external THC
as i read the advice in data you need to set lots of parameters to get a standard behavior
AUTODETECT Sheet is always ON
Safty Cycle for Pilot
why dont you go with a FIX low cost
as off germany www.expondo.de/plasmaschneider/?p=1&o=3&n=48
we interfear with the THC and HF/Pilot and ofcause the BETTER P80 nozzle
i got 3 of them the s-50 300€ is right next to where im wighting this mail in School
then the 85A Yellow 400V 600€
and for the hammering plasma at 3mx2m the 125A at 900€
if you stay below 5mm sheet you can go with the lowest you like
you are Fire-ring / nightie at less then 3mm there you get the sheet(powerfield) so it is no need for pilot at all
Never had any missfirering even with no airflow
ok i dont use the THC Arc ok at all THCUD is patched/crosswirer M3 Arc-ok
and ofcause we((the People in the shop)) are hammering out more then 200 fullsize sheets a week
more then 5miles of cut length
with lowest cost of plasma, mashine, spareparts as it can be
<-MAX the plasma pro at Axis QUOTE

1# The main thing is a good TIG
2# Combined is MUCH cheaper and I am on a budget here. So maybe later on a separate Plasma.
3# I have had a 125A but it did not really work OK due to bad powerline to my workshop. And as we all know PLASMA is not friendly to powerlines even 3-phase as they spit out so much shit on the powerline.
Can you be so kind to call LCD and hear why the do not answer emails.
Cheers
Bengt

This most alarming for me, is this company for real?
I have now sent emails from 3 different accounts two .se and one .com and still no answer. (spam filter of some sort = not likely)
As do not speak German emails is the way for me to communicate, in worst case Google translate to German.
Can anybody locally make a call and find out what is going on Tel. 02434 6034992
Cheers

Honestly Bengt:
When you have already problems placing an order, why do you trust to get help when in trouble?
A short look into eBay shows lots of others like:
www.ebay.de/itm/13750-SCHWEIsGERAT-200-A...DER-WIG/361644712009
One day I hope to jump into such one, but mostly for alu welding ;-l

Mike, I have not yet even tried to place an order
I want to have answers to my questions first. It just could be so bad that they are on holiday or offline due to illness.
The one you found is not interesting
No IGBT
Short cables
only 40A plasma
Not as advanced settings as on the LCD I am looking at.
For me thin to very thin Stainless = 3A start is nice and also Alu.
Plasma is a compromise but as I am on budget here.
But I agree that if their communications is so bad there is no way I will buy anything from them.

Sign of life from the supplier
Last night I´ve got a message via Ebay from the supplier, they claim that no emails have got to them. Hard to believe that emails from 3 different accounts are gone, probably bad setup of email server.
Anywho, lets see what the day will bring.

As suspected = NOTHING
So now I have decided to step up a notch and as my primary goal is a AC/DC TIG with decent functionality such as low Amp start for very thin material.
This is what is on its way to me tiny.cc/04c07y
Built in 50 Plasma with Pilot Arc

@Bengt,
i saved some info for you, just in case.
Part of the message is hidden for the guests. Please log in or register to see it.
I wish you good luck with the device !! I hope you can do a great job in ac dc tig welding.
Once i coupled a tig machine to a cnc machine. It welded robotic. Perfect !!
If you don't try it, you don't know it. So i am happy for you that you bought this piece of equipment.

So now that I have a machine on its way to me it is time to get a schematic done on how to connect all things.
1. will have home switches on all axis
2. floating head with switch
3. Plasma with Pilot Arc
What else needs to be connected and how? Any simple schematics out there?
Cheers
