Here is the video of it cutting 5mm wall metal tubing under water, even the torch is mostly under water and it starts and cuts perfectly.

Well i did rotate the phone but after i started recording, apparently that does not work !
Uploaded it from the phone, so again no editing.
Will have to reupload it when i turn on one of my laptops. FYI, i have strict use policies for my PC's and laptops, they all have their set of uses, no mixing there. So youtube login only on Lenovo T420S, ebay only on Dell latitude E6510, emails only on the phone, watching youtube on HP Elite X2 tablet/laptop, watching youtube/working on software etc on a desktop Lenovo quad core i5 attached to at least 2 x 24" Eizo monitors, etc. The only thing used on all of them = Linuxcnc forum !

even cheep 300USD cutters are now in the Action of starting and cutting in low level water
The shop that supports the Education Center here does use C/S-cutter Plasmas (Stamos) and does this behavior since Years
