Now to get this thread back on topic from myself,
Have I been doing little bits and pieces on the tumbler of the last couple of months,
Center wall sheeted,
VFD and control box mounted,
Even though its only half finished it has been doing a lot of work. I use it every other day.

I'm still learning about this 3 phase thing but based on the wiring I've done, the 4 pin is for a 10 amp circuit and the 5 pin is a 32 amp circuit.

Not sure about that, my 125 amp plasma is very much a 32amp drawing machine and it only uses 4 pins.
From what I have learnt is that L1,L2,L3 are the three phases and the bottom 4th pin is the earth. I have been told that the middle 5th pin is the neutral.
It would be interesting to know how they wiring single phase with three phase wiring. I would assume they would just use one of the phases and the earth and neutral but not sure. With the three phases on 415 they are 138.3 degrees out of phase, so I wonder how that works with single phase.

With the 5 pin regardless of amperage
L1 > ( any two active lines ) > load L2, voltage = 415 volts
L1> load >(middle pin)neutral , voltage =240 Volts
Earth remains the same
L1 > ( any two active lines ) > load L2, voltage = 415 volts
L1> load >(middle pin)neutral , voltage =240 Volts

So when motors run backwards, its because L1 and L2 are around the wrong way?
And L3 is just another active line?

You can swap any two phases.
