Ran another one, same settings. Arc voltage displayed seems to center at about 125v, variation is about +/- 3v. Again the Z appears to be reacting how I would think it should based on my observations.

Missed this post before I ran it...I'll do another one real quick and let you know.

Halshow is about 124v +/- about 2 to 3 volts.

I just moved the torch over to the most warped area on the sheet. Now I'm going the opposite direction, from high to low and it pushed the torch somewhat quickly into the material. It's like it's trying to adjust but the speed is way to high.

I just unpaused it (it had tripped the float and paused and went up), and now the torch moved a short distance then went up. Possesed.

I don't know why the previous one was a crazy voltage nor do I know why this on is inverted.

Sure. Just checked it against the Mesa docs and it's correct (7i96 TB7 to THCAD FO+, TB8 to THCAD FO-, TB9 to THCAD GND, TB12 to THCAD +5V).
