And PM1000 J15 goes to THCAD +IN, PM1000 J16 goes to THCAD -IN?

THCAD is jumpered UNIPOLAR and F/32?

Yes on the J15/J16 correct wiring. Just physically checked that from the input side of the THCAD-10 to the aviation connector to the plasma, it's correct.

And yes it's UNIPOLAR and F/32.

Try changing Arc Voltage Scale to 0.008356

Ok. Gonna take a sec to put the plasma cover back on, etc.

It's now at +,008356. I presume we're doing another cut(s)?

I was having a lot of tech issues with those finecut consumables, hence the delay. Long story short, I'm back with the 60A consumables running at 60A. This cut was on 10ga (again), at hypertherm's recommended settings (211ipm, .062 torch height). Maybe I need a longer one? Gonna run some more.

This one I increased the distance to 15in. I saw the Z move just a bit, like it was making very small precise adjustments (as expected). Gonna try the mountain range part of the material next.

Mountain range did fine too, although with the cut speed I had to change the THC delay to .5 so it wouldn't crash.

What you could do is swap out the plasmac.offset-current for plasmac.arc-ok-out in halscope then you could see what delay you could get away with.
