This is probably the one I'll replace it with. I'm running dessicant dryer plus a Motorgard M-30 filter to the plasma.

I'm at the point I've been dreading on this sign job, that is cutting 4x8 indexing. I coulda probably just cut at 4ft and welded 2 pieces together, but I kind of need to know how to do this.

Added a custom stop along the Y axis to keep material squared. Just some heavy tack welds in easy to get to places in case it needs to come off.

After 7 hours I cut this...the vid is for Tommy, he likes motion-pictures lmao!

Very nice, glad you got everything working properly so you can finally start enjoying working with it.
And i do like motion pictures, i watch everything at 1.5X or 1.75X speed. Everything.

I thought I was the only one. If I could watch tv in 1.5 or 1.75 speed, I would. Why do people on YouTube talk sooo sloowww?!

Fair enough. I wish I understood the monetary profile. But first, I need to tell you guys about the amazing shave I got last night while cooking my home delivered meal kit and listening to the latest audio book while playing the latest overhyped video game title...

Did my first indexing cut for pieces longer than the table. Was a little off the first one, although it is very easily fixed, and the 2nd set came out perfectly. Corner to opposite corner jog at end of vid.
