Egg face indeed. Almost embarrassed to say what the problem is, but apparently in a hurry I marked the center line with a marker at 23” instead of 24” :blush:

Sorry to send you down a wild goose chase. :( Everything else seems to work perfect now, thanks again for taking a look.

Haha many lessons in “measure once cut twice” gave me the restraint to run the job dry first, however I guess I missed the “read a tape measure”, or “maybe remeasure this dummy” lessons. :shrugs: didn’t want anyone else to worry there might be an issue though.
