Well the g-code you posted works fine in a sim config although you need to reverse the cut direction for better edges, just tick the reverse cut in SheetCam and leave it that way. The smaller holes should be cut with a reduced velocity.

Are you sure your cut parameters are OK eg cut height cut feed rate etc?

That's a good point. I put sheetcam on the linux computer and havent pulled settings over or even messed with it much. Just enough to make a test file.

I had my z scale reversed so fixed that and it didnt change it. Tried without the THC and still get it. Was thinking the THC was lifting it or something.

It was suggested i try to redo my setup again. So I am going to do that in the morning. It is 1230 again.

How time flies when you are having fun...

Have you checked the Z height with probe testing?

I did not do that until today. Every time I use this software and get on the forums there is always some new feature I learn about that is awesome. Assumed that was just to check the switch function. My height was good actually. Which was surprising.

So I rebuilt the configuration from scratch and got similar results. Though I will say, I got much much further and am pretty sure I've found the issue. Not sure how to fix it.

In the picture I've attached it shows 5 holes. It cut them all. But on the last one the center fell out and it the valid arc lost error happened again. So basically, it is a legit arc lost on the lead out. Is there any way to ignore the arc lost on lead out? My lead out was perhaps .060", which I feel gives the best quality with my fine cut consumables. About double the kerf. I am open to any other way of dealing with the issue as well. My last machine was not responsive enough to care.

Pretend there is a picture of 5 circles. All bigger than the next. The largest has the center that fell out.

You can turn the torch off at the end before the leadout begins.
