The IP address on the PC is wrong, set it to whatever, just not 10.10.10.10 as that is the Mesa board address>
10.10.10.101 works

If you fetched a recent LinuxCNC package, there was some breakage
that disabled setuid mode, leading to the type of permission problems
shown. Refetching should fix this.

I'm not sure this is the issue but if you installed a very recent version of LinuxCNC master, you need to re-install LinuxCNC

Reinstall debian 10 buster again and it worked, thanks for your help, also qtplasmac was already updated to the latest version, the configuration backup was a great help without that it was dead.

Glad you got it going again. I assume you figured out your issue in this post:

forum.linuxcnc.org/38-general-linuxcnc-q...find-file-tcl#223553

Usually that happens when the symbolic link in the config folder gets messed up or deleted.

But sounds like you got it going again?

If everything is already working very well, that problem took me hours to solve, and I wonder why Windows 10 when extracting the backup of the configuration deletes all the files in the folder included in the machine. tcl, I had to extract it on Debian using "tar" and saw that file appear. Tcl that was needed and everything was solved.
