No linuxcnc widgets in designer

I am taking libpyqt5_py2.so from PyQt 5.9 and QtDesinger 5.11.3 is it correct? Tried removing libpyqt5.so didn't help.
Qtdragon x 1xmill interface.

libpyqt5_py2.so from PyQt 5.11 should be used with QtDesinger 5.11.3
