Now I have got a new xml file as attached, but LinuxCNC doesn't start.
 

Typical of Python, the message is absolutely true and absolutely useless...
ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: '' means that you are trying to use an empty string as an int variable, but it doesn't tell you where that empty string came from.
Of course, you can look for the cause for a long time and finally find that, for example, the disk is damaged...
I see that you have a very old Linux with Python 2.7 and instead of repairing this museum, you would be better off installing a new system on new hardware.
It may be easier, and it will definitely be better.

Спасибо большое. На плату залита прошивка с сайта mesa (7i98_5abobx3d.zip - bit and pin), хотя плата неоригинальная. Приложил файлы с фото платы и распиновкой: old - что сейчас пока установлено, new - как нужно. Свободные пины на P3 буду использовать по концевики,  HOME, Estop и переключатели.

I decided to wait for the next batch of boards to come out. Any estimation when they will be available?

I am using direct UDP to the board instead. Thanks for the input!

hi ive got this working flawlessly on my scylla btt board took 3 days drop us a message on here if u still looking .

These are the limit switches I am using I believe they are connected to tb5 on the mesa 7i76e.   
And here are my latch positions and velocities

There seems to be a lot of systems like this recently.
The correct method is to use MTconnect  which is a standards based read only API now included in LinuxCNC master branch.
With MTconnect you can publish the same data to Home assistant which can then trigger automations 
mtconnect.org/

This took me all  of 5 minutes to publish to Home Assistant (sorry Linuxcnc is not running right now...)
