To be perfectly transparent here, I actually had to look up qtvcp.. That's how shallow my knowledge of linuxcnc is right now.

Ahh this is a relatively low powered PC, the Ethernet performance is probably more related to that than the
Realtek driver (which I have not noticed any real issues with)
What does
latency-histogram --nobase -- sbinsize 1000
show?

I checked the BIOS on this ZBOXNANO-AD12 PC and its as up to date as possible. Version 2K131128.

It should not really be an issue, worst case is that it cannot do a 1 KHz servo thread, but 750 0r 500 Hz is OK for most
applications
