Hurco BMC 20 Ultimax 3 Retrofit

I got it all to home now!

I wanted to try the AXIS SPLASH g code. But when I touch off it says can not issue MDI code with axis not homed. It is showing all three axis homed, and I have jogged back to about the center and touched off there.

I selected G54 when I touched off.

Any thoughts? This is the first time I am actually getting to move around now!

I did not have all the 4th axis commented out or removed.

ITS ALIVE!!!!!!!!!! It ran the Linux CNC splash code! Looks like there is some more tuning needed as circles are not quite round. Then onto the tool changer!

Hi, i have a similar project on a BMC30 can you please make some pics of the manual . I dont have any schematics . I have allready the mesa order but no schematics
