Thanks for the continued what's up of the Maho retrofit an usage.
Have been looking at some of Kent VanderVelden You Tube's stuff and thought you might be interested in his auto feed rate override ( collision control ) and his video about tool length probe error .
Bob
PS --- Big thank's to all the other contributors to this Maho thread

I spent this week trouble shooting the 7i84 (there is a separate thread). Turns out the 7i77 is damaged, but only one input TB8-15.
I got my pendant connected and mostly working, but do not understand the error in my HAL with respect to the jog increments. I described it in this video. I would appreciate any help with this.

LinuxCNC generated the Jog component and it's pins like jog-scale, jogincr.in01 etc, and yet I can't find anything about this module in the version 2.7 dokumentation, or with google search. I find use cases but no description of the actual module.

Hi Bob,
Nico is not programmer. That is Sergey. I have no idea if Nico ever did any coding, but I am certainly not going to find out on the Maho
I need to get Nico over to finish his car jack hack before my new machine arrives Tuesday/wednesday next week. I need that crap out of my way.
I did nudge Sergey recently, but he is busy.

Me too. Due covid restrictions, I had to take a punt on this one, and bought it sight unseen, from another country. No risk no fun

Did the same with the tailstock for my lathe and didn’t even pick it yet. Strange times.
Good Luck with it.
