my1987toyota: my quick finds:
Mint:
Code:
Swap useage: prerun: 2556, running: 2600
Not much, bur still something. Conclusion: Add RAM.
Buster:
Code:
Swap useage: prerun: 0, running: 0
Looks like it is a "IdeaCentre H215". Nice, small thingy, I guess.
Code:
cache size : 1024 KB
Looks smallish.
Code:
product: RS780L [Radeon 3000]
I had a raden 3450. Gave really bad results. Changed it for 45xx and/or 6xxx series: whole different world in latency, going from barely useable to good for soft stepping. Such GPU's can be obtained at around 20$.
Code:
cnc001@debian:~$ sensors
k10temp-pci-00c3
Adapter: PCI adapter
temp1: +33.0°C (high = +70.0°C)
That helps a lot. Thanks! I have to modify the script accordingly (lookup has to be for "core|temp", not only core). Maybe even add a check, whether there is any temp data at all would probably be nice. Better than to have to post the whole *.lat file. You could use:
Code:
tail -n2 <yourlatfile>.lat
and add this instead of the whole file.
