Herewith example axis.tclPlease remember this is only a proof of concept.I wonder who will be interested in making axis fully customizable?I need to still define which buttons take which attributes etc.Do we need to chance fonts?Do we need to re arrange tabs and windows etc....please give it a try, see attached..... and don't forget to rename it to axis.tclsu: cp to usr\share\axis\tcl

I wonder who will be interested in making axis fully customizable?

But it is already very customizable.

but i have to have it horizontal because when axis resizes with my pyvcp on one side i end up with three newspaper columns and my dro fills the preview screen.

In 2.8 and master you can place the PyVCP panel at the bottom. See PYVCP_POSITION.

You sure can, i also have the .svg done in inkscape if anyone is interested in altering them.
The rational is a simple axis tcl screen to use for touchscreens as well. I am currently making button beep bell sounds for different operations.

I was wondering about putting it in LinuxCNC as Axis2, given that we often get complaints that Axis is "old fashioned" but no complaints about how it works.
